The Futures Group provided leadership coaching to a CEO of a very successful new business within a large organisation. The CEO needed to further develop his “Emotional Intelligence” to be able to take others with him on the journey.

The Futures Group was commissioned to review current staffing levels and capacity, following the Unit’s appointment as the Regional Certifying Body for Perth, Goldfields-Esperance, the Pilbara and the Wheatbelt.

The Futures Group supported the organisation by providing an on-line 360 survey, process information, and coaching to obtain meaning feedback for development. Each senior staff member and their line manager received a copy of their individual 360 report and The Futures Group guided each individual through a review the findings and determine agreed competencies and skills they could focus on over the next 12 months.

This project reviewed the organisational structure of the service’s ICT division and provided recommendations on job design and classification; reporting relationships; workflow efficiencies; process improvement; and stakeholder feedback.
