The Futures Group supported the organisation by providing an on-line 360 survey, process information, and coaching to obtain meaning feedback for development. Each senior staff member and their line manager received a copy of their individual 360 report and The Futures Group guided each individual through a review the findings and determine agreed competencies and skills they could focus on over the next 12 months.

 A summary of the agreed competencies was provided to each individual and their line manager, together with a Development Plan format, to key strategies to be adopted over the next 12 months. Quarterly review dates were established to follow-up to ensure the strategies were appropriate or needed amendment, rather than waiting until the end of the review period. This process provided the opportunity for open and honest feedback and development.
