Assisted the Strategic Human Resource Group and facilitated a workshop to clearly identify the role of the group in the amalgamated department and to develop an operational plan for the next 12 months addressing the following key questions.

What’s stopping us from getting these outcomes?
What is working well? What is not working well?
What functions should sit elsewhere in HR and what functions are missing?
