The Futures Group was requested to work with an executive team to undertake some professional development and to conduct 360 Performance Reviews to establish how well aligned the executive’s self perception and staff perceptions were in relation to their leadership strengths and areas for development. Briefing were conducted with each executive member based on the feedback and strategies were agreed to address any issues (perceived or otherwise) and to confirm those strengths they should continue to build on.

They also completed a PRINT® survey to provide an insight into their key motivations to enhance their understanding of themselves, their impact on others and to develop strategies to manage their emotions. Individual development plans are also being developed.
