Andrew is a Senior Associate with The Futures Group who specialises in workplace investigations, leadership development and small team operational excellence. He has spent over 15 years in the oil, gas and mining sectors as well as time in the Australian Army and Western Australian Police Force.
Andrew has extensive experience investigating criminal offences and presenting findings at tribunals and at court. He has also worked at length investigating workplace misconduct, with particular experience evaluating the impacts of psychosocial hazards on workers within modern workplace culture. Andrew applies his investigative expertise to develop solutions driving high performance.
