Personal Experience

Keith Chilvers is a Senior Associate with The Futures Group who specialises in human resources management, training, industrial relations and workplace investigations. With over 30 years’ experience in the development and management of people, Keith brings his extensive experience in people management to workplace solutions that benefit organisations from both a cultural and performance perspective.

Working previously as the HR Executive for a well-established major multi-functional business in Perth, and for the past 16 years as a human resource management consultant. Specialising in all aspects of human resources (both strategic and operationally), and industrial relations activities, work has involved IR advocacy and advice, performance coaching, development and delivery of management training programs, workplace investigation and HR functional efficiency.

Key personal attributes include taking a pragmatic approach to human resources issues, a high level of interpersonal communication skills, and developing strong relationships for the betterment of the organisation. A key focus is providing HR initiatives and services that add value, as well as HR functionality operating as a business partner aligned to business strategic goals.
