Assisted the Strategic Human Resource Group and facilitated a workshop to clearly identify the role of the group in the amalgamated department and to develop an operational plan for the next 12 months addressing the following key questions.
  • What is Strategic HR?
  • Why is this function important and how can we invest in it?
  • How do we collectively achieved the deliverables for this FY?
  • What can we stop doing now?
  • What’s stopping us from getting these outcomes?
  • What is working well? What is not working well?
  • What functions should sit elsewhere in HR and what functions are missing?
